Windows and Doors
- The front elevation has new micro porous painted hardwood double glazed traditional sliding sash windows.
- The side and rear elevations have a powder coated architectural window system, most of which are tilt turn.
Quality monitoring
- Each of the units has a 10-year Zurich guarantee, and has been inspected by a Zurich surveyor, and the local authority building control inspector throughout construction.
- All appliances are new and carry a 1-year warranty, which is extendable with the manufacturer.
Landscaping
- Flats 1 and 2 have a private garden, with decking, power and lighting installed.
- Front landscaping, is mainly hard block paving, with cycle racks to flat 1.
Security
- All flats have intruder alarms, with panic buttons.
- Entryphones with internal points at all levels are fitted to each unit
Decoration
- Interior walls and ceilings are finished in neutral colour emulsion paint, woodwork in satinwood paint.
