Design Statement
The proposed new houses are to be built in a modern / minimalist style, using simple but effective materials and incorporating cutting edge fittings, furnishes and installations.
General Structure
- The main walls and exterior treatment of the building shell is to be a mixture of flat rendered walls, brick and timber louver shutters to some elevations.
